Performed by UM-Flint students, faculty, staff, and local community members, The Vagina Monologues is intended to break down the barriers of secrecy and shame surrounding both the use of the word "vagina" and the violence perpetrated against those who are feminine. Co-sponsored by the Department of Theater and Dance, the Department of Women and Gender Studies, the Ellen Bommarito LGBTQ Center, and the Women’s Educational Center.
