In light of the most recent recommendations from the CDC and the executive orders of Governor Whitmer, The Whiting, Capitol Theatre, and Flint Institute of Music have extended the suspension of all events and performances through May 31 for groups of 50 or more.
Postponed events: If you have tickets to a performance that has been rescheduled or we hope to reschedule, your tickets are valid for the new date. If you no longer have your tickets, you can get your tickets reprinted for free when the Ticket Center re-opens to the public.
Cancelled events: If you have tickets to performances that have been cancelled your ticket purchase has been placed on account as a credit. If you are able to consider donating your tickets it would mean a lot to us as we navigate significant loss of revenue due to cancelled performances and fundraising events. As a nonprofit arts organization, we rely heavily on your support. Your donation will help The Whiting/Capitol Theatre, Flint Institute of Music and the Flint Repertory Theatre immensely in these challenging and uncertain times. Your donation will go directly to the organization from which you purchased your tickets
If you have any questions or need further assistance please contact the Ticket Center at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Ticket Center will be closed until the Governor’s “Stay Home, Stay Safe” Executive Order has been lifted. The Ticket Center can also be reached by calling 810.237.7333. Please leave a message. Our staff will continue to process requests while working remotely.
